Requirement & problem

Businesses often need to send product catalogs, offers, quotations, company profiles, price lists, or other documents to customers regularly. However, employees may:

  • Forget to send emails
  • Forget follow-ups
  • Miss scheduled communication
  • Spend time manually preparing emails
  • Repeatedly attach the same files
  • Maintain separate spreadsheets for follow-ups

This makes a simple communication process unnecessarily time-consuming.
