How We Handle Your Information

Because some NOVA TECHISM systems may process business information, security is an important part of our website and application architecture.

Website enquiries

When you submit the project enquiry form or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, company, contact information, description of your process, and any files you attach. This information is used only to evaluate your requirement, respond to you, and prepare a proposal. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

Confidential business information

Confidential business information shared during a project — including customer data, product information, drawings, pricing, and process documents — is handled according to the applicable service agreement and our security practices. Where required, a non-disclosure agreement can be put in place before detailed information is exchanged.

AI assistant

NOVA AI answers questions from approved NOVA TECHISM business information. Please avoid entering confidential data into the chat; use the project enquiry form or contact us directly for detailed discussions.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not use tracking cookies. Browser session storage is used only for essential functionality — keeping your NOVA AI conversation while you move between pages during a visit; it is cleared when you close the tab. Any analytics tools added in future will be described here.

Security built into our systems

Recommended features included in the systems we build:

  • HTTPS
  • Secure authentication
  • Role-based access
  • Password protection
  • Secure database access
  • API authentication
  • Input validation
  • File upload security
  • Access logs
  • Backup system
  • Data privacy policy

Access control

Business systems we develop use role-based permissions so that each team member sees only the information they are authorized to access — for example Admin, Sales, Production, Accounts, and Management roles in an order management system.
